Robert Hunter

Bob Hunter is a graduate of the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University, Bloomington where he received his BS in Finance in 1979. Bob was the principal of the IBM/CFSG joint venture, which went on to produce over $20 million in revenue and was highly profitable. In 1994, Mr. Hunter sold his stake in CFSG and co-founded Computer Site Technologies (CST) along with Hans Imhof. In 1996, Bob founded NetBrowser Communications together with Mr. Imhof. NetBrowser became the pioneering leader in the web-based management space for data centers and its products are still in use at many large data centers today. Mr. Hunter and Mr. Imhof formed TrendPoint in 2001.

Hans Imhof holds and Electrical Engineering Degree from the University of in Zurich in Switzerland. Mr. Imhof rose through the ranks at Borg Warner Corporation in the 1960’s to become the Chief Engineer of their Electronics Division in Southern California. Following this, he formed Electrical Power Engineering, EPE, which he successfully grew to become the third largest manufacturer of Uninterruptible Power Supplies in the world. EPE was sold to the Merlin Gerin division of Group Schneider of Paris, France in 1990. Following the successful sale of EPE, Mr. Imhof has continued to be actively involved in a number of successful startup businesses including NetBrowser Communications, and others.
William H. Davidson

William H. Davidson (Bill) served as a tenured Professor at the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California, from 1985 to 1998. He was acknowledged as the most widely cited academic in international management during the 1985-1995 decade by the Journal of International Business Studies. In 1984, Bill founded MESA Inc., a management consulting firm acquired by Deloitte & Touche in 1996. MESA’s clients included more than half of the US Fortune 100, and numerous global corporations. He earned an AB in economics, an MBA, and a doctorate in business administration, all from Harvard University.
Chester (Chet) Sandberg

Chet received his BS degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1967, and an MS from Stanford in 1971. He then joined Raychem Corporation where managed technology projects for 30 years. Chet holds two Professional Engineering Licenses in the State of California, has been awarded 21 patents and has published over 60 technical papers on energy usage, electric heat tracing, sensor technology and the use of personal computers as design tools. In December 1999, Chet was honored by the IEEE by being elevated to their highest member level of IEEE Fellow. Chet is also a Senior Member of ISA, a member of ASME, NFPA, and SPE.
Roger MacFarlane

Roger I. MacFarlane is a Founder of UTi Worldwide, Inc. and serves as its Member of the Management Board. Mr. MacFarlane served as Chief Executive Officer of UTi Worldwide Inc. from May 2000 to January 2009 and served as its Chief Operating Officer since February 2008. From 1995 to April 2000, Mr. MacFarlane served as Chief Executive Officer of the Americas Region of UTi Worldwide Inc. and was responsible for overseeing its operations in North and South America. From 1987 to 1993, he served in various Executive Capacities, including Joint Chief Executive of BAX Global, a subsidiary of The Brink’s Company, a New York Stock Exchange traded company. He held various Executive Positions, including Chief Executive Officer of WTC International N.V. Mr. MacFarlane has been Non Executive Chairman of UTi Worldwide Inc. since January 2009 and has also been its Executive Director since 1995. From 1983 to 1987, Mr. MacFarlane served as Director of WTC International N.V. Mr. MacFarlane received a Bachelor of Arts degree and an L.L.B. degree from the University of Cape Town.
